Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. The service
Day of the Dead Pet AI provides a web experience for creating pet portraits inspired by Día de los Muertos. The service is independent and is not affiliated with Google, Stripe, Apple, or any cultural organization referenced on the site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your country. You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your Google account secure and tell us if you believe your account has been misused.
3. Plans and billing
Pro Weekly is $7.99 per week and Pro Annual is $59.99 per year in US dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically through Stripe until canceled. Local taxes may apply. You can manage or cancel billing from the billing page or your Stripe customer portal.
4. Pet photos
You must have the right to use any photo you select. The current page previews your image in your browser. Do not upload or use images that are unlawful, abusive, or violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass authentication or subscription checks, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, automate abusive traffic, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the site available, but features may change, pause, or be withdrawn. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted access is made.
7. Disclaimers
Pet portraits and style previews are creative interpretations rather than documentary records. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Day of the Dead Pet AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Contact and changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Questions can be sent to support@dayofthedeadpetai.lol.
